I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. This is a Chinese buffet, for the love of Golden Corral, so desiring perfection seems unreasonable. For the price they charge, the variety is surprisingly excellent. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. Even though I don't get my money's worth since I only eat one plate of food and a small dessert, I still go there because of the variety of food options and decent taste. The Five stars are for overall satisfaction for the price. If they were charging me an arm and a leg and not offering much, that would be different, however, you get a lot for your money here. One problem I see at just about any buffet is when little kids are not supervised by their parents when they go get food from the buffet...That's not on the restaurant, that's just a "customer" issue. Keep up the good work New Century.

3 PLATE RULE: Excellent Chinese buffet with some great options. With all buffets, the three plate rule applies. First plate is exquisite, your brain figures out what's going on during your second plate, then your body tries to reject the third plate. It won't let you finish! Friendly staff. Lunch is cheaper than dinner by a few dollars. It's a buffet, I don't know why you're even reading this review. It's great drunk food or if you're dying to eat. Hit it up!

I was not happy this time. Our bill was $23.61 I gave the server $25.61 and did not receive my change even after giving her a $3 tip. First off you should not let a little child take money, and defiantly not let a little child ring a bill up when running a business. Especially if they do not know how to give change back. I've been going here for 9 years, and honestly am very unhappy with our visit today. I've never had my money taken like that. I don't know why anyone would think it's okay to let a child play with the cash register.

Have been eating here for the last four years and have been extremely pleased. Every now and then the food was cold, but still a fair deal for the price. Today, most of the food was cold and when we got our bill it was about $2 more than usual. When paying, we mentioned about the cold food, and the usually friendly hostess snapped at us and said, "I'm not the one to talk to about it". We started talking about our experience some more and she snapped at us and said the same thing again. She could of at least apologized, and said she would mention it to management, but having a bad day or not, that's not good customer service at all. I seriously doubt we will be going back now, especially since they raised prices and the lack of concern about the cold food.

Where else can you gorge on unlimited amounts of sushi and have a custom made dish prepared at the hibachi? My only complaint is that I wish the restrooms were a little cleaner. I love the fact that we see the same staff every time we go. It's a good sign to me when a business can retain their employees.
